Repeat Medication Prescription requestsPlease allow two full working days for Repeat Medication Prescriptions to be processed and remember to take weekends and public holidays into account.

Only in exceptional circumstances and at the discretion of the GPs will Repeat Medication prescriptions be telephoned to pharmacies. In such circumstances, you are required to provide the name of the pharmacy and telephone number.

Repeat Medication Prescriptions may be requested by post, however patients must provide a stamped, self addressed envelope.

Repeat Medication Prescriptions will only be issued for medication previously prescribed and authorised as a repeat by a GP.

We would ask you to NOMINATE AT PHARMACY to collect your prescriptions on your behalf. Most pharmacies have a text messaging service and once signed up with them, they will text you to let you know your medication is ready to collect from them.

EMERGENCY APPOINTMENTS will not be allocated in order to obtain repeat prescriptions.

  • Phone 02890684642 and leave your details on the prescribing line.

Please help us by not using the reception email for urgent issues/queries.  Should you have a matter than requires urgent attention, please contact the practice and discuss with a member of our medical reception team.
