The doctors and staff of the University Health Centre welcome and encourage patients to express their views on the quality and delivery of health and institutional services within the Health Centre.  We hope that if you have a problem, or a view regarding the Health Centre, you will use the appropriate procedure.

We feel this will give our patients and ourselves the best opportunity to resolve any issue and, where necessary, amend practice or policy to prevent a reoccurrence, and to inform our staff of patient views


Complaints Procedure

If you have a complaint or concern about any aspect of the Health Centre or any of the staff working in this practice, please let us know. We operate a practice complaints procedure as part of a NHS wide system for dealing with complaints. Our system meets the national criteria.
