Appointments To make an appointment you should telephone the Health Centre on 02890 664634 or at reception Monday to Friday 8.30 - 5.30.
Accident and Emergency You should only attend A&E for an emergency. During 8.30 to 6pm you should contact your GP and outside these hours, the out of hour service in the first instance.

Results are available by phoning 02890 664634 between 2pm and 3pm only.
WHO IS ELIGIBLE?
75 YEAR OLD AND ON 30/06/2024 (ie, born on or before 30/06/1949)
IMMUNOSUPPRESSED PATIENTS AGES 18 YEARS OR OVER ON 30/06/2024 (ie, born on or before 30/06/2018).
IMMUNOSUPPRESSED PATIENTS AGES 5 - 17 YEARS ON 30/06/24 (ie, born between 01/07/2006 and 30/06/2018).
